Leandra Witchwood Student Enrollment Agreement and Terms of Sale

By enrolling in Leandra Witchwood, Dark Mirror, Rebel Mystic, and related programs (“Program”) from Leandra Witchwood (“The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC, aka The Program Administrator”), you, the Participant, and Leandra Witchwood agree to the following legal terms and conditions, without modification, and you acknowledge reading them.

Your access to the program may be revoked, without liability on Leandra Witchwood and The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC’s part, for failure to abide by these Terms of Service or for failure to make timely and complete payments to Leandra Witchwood for your enrollment in the program.

THE PROGRAM

This program is ongoing, starting on the date of your enrollment into the Leandra Witchwood program and includes:

Access to the Leandra Witchwood, Claiming the Shadow Community site & Dark Mirror The Rebel Mystic Membership site, where all members’ only resources can be found.

Private Leandra Witchwood, Claiming the Shadow Community site & Dark Mirror, The Rebel Mystic Coven Membership, and community for support, guidance, and help.

Additional classes and workshops are at the discretion of Leandra Witchwood & Symmetry Holistic Collect LLC.

PROGRAM ACCESS

This program is ongoing and begins on the date of your enrollment (“Term”). You understand that, after termination from the program, there is no relationship between the Parties, and either you or Leandra Witchwood may terminate the relationship at any time.

FOR ALL PROGRAMS AND OFFERINGS

We reserve the right to reschedule any programs as needed. Rescheduling a program does not constitute cancellation. We also reserve the right to move any in-person events to a virtual format if the sociopolitical or public health landscape warrants doing so. We will provide as much notice as possible if a program needs to be rescheduled or moved to a virtual format. We are not responsible for any travel-related fees if an in-person event is transferred to a virtual format.

GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

The advice of our teachers is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. We reserve the right to change the content of our site at any time, in our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee the website will be available at all times; if there is a service error, delay, or interruption that precludes your desired level of participation in an event, including but not limited to a Zoom, Facebook, or Circle Community error, we are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred by such errors. We are also not responsible for any viruses or damages incurred as a result of downloading or viewing our materials from this site or any content from externally linked sites. All content on this site is the intellectual property of The Rebel Mystic Community unless otherwise indicated. No content may be reproduced, distributed, copied, or sold without written permission from Leandra Witchwood, The Rebel Mystic Community, The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC, and facilitators represented within. By enrolling in any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read these disclaimers. If you are a part of a program that includes a residential immersion, you will receive a separate liability release agreement that you must sign 30 days before the immersion begins.

PROGRAM FEE

You understand that you are responsible for paying the Leandra Witchwood & The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC, monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen subscription, for this program. To remain a member of this program and access its features, you must maintain current monthly/annual payments. Participants may lose access to the program if payments are missed or full payment is not completed by the due date. No refunds are given under any circumstances once your card has been charged.

Leandra Witchwood does not handle your credit/debit card details. A third party handles all payments and credit card processing. Payment authority must be provided at the time of placing your order. You authorize Leandra Witchwood and The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC to automatically charge the credit card on file for any Payment Plan Program Fee balances owed. You agree to keep this information current and up to date with Leandra Witchwood. If any payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Leandra Witchwood may revoke your access to the program without a refund.

You are responsible for the whole month’s payment of fees for this program, regardless of whether you complete it. Students who choose to pay for a year in advance will receive no refunds. To further clarify, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS

If any payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Leandra Witchwood may remove you from the program without liability or refund. Your removal from the program due to your failure to pay the requisite Program fee does not excuse you from your obligation to pay the amounts owed in full.

TERMINATION/CANCELLATION

Leandra Witchwood is committed to providing all clients in the program with a positive Program experience. By enrolling in this program, you agree that Leandra Witchwood may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if you become disruptive or upon violation of the terms.

If you decide to terminate this Agreement, no refunds will be issued. If you wish to cancel your program membership, you may do so at any time.

If you cancel your membership and return at a later date, you will lose access to any special pricing or content you received at the time of joining, such as bonus classes, discounts, or other material granted as a condition of joining during a specific time period.

If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to the seasonal lessons on Teachable until the end of your billing period, but you will be removed from the private community immediately after canceling.

Once you have left the program, you may not be granted access again, depending on your account’s status.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACCESS

To use the program, you may be required to provide information about yourself, including your name, email address, username, and password, and other personal information.  You agree that any registration information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

The program may only be accessed by you, the customer on record with Leandra Witchwood. You agree that the program, including any usernames or passwords, may only be used by you as permitted herein and may not be sold or distributed without Leandra Witchwood’s express written consent.

To preserve ongoing access to paid content offered by Leandra Witchwood, you agree to maintain your account in good standing, adhering to this platform’s terms and conditions while maintaining the ability to receive email communication. Blocking email, any communication, or reporting the email account as spam will revoke your access to the content without a refund. Your account and access to any content within it will be withdrawn when email communication fails, bounces, or is blocked.

By completing this transaction, you also understand that you are responsible for having a secure, functional internet connection and a device that allows you to access the provided content. You also recognize that you must grasp the fundamental knowledge and skills to operate basic technology. All digital product sales are final.

You must also log in to your account at least once every 4 weeks to access products and information, and to interact with the community when available. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the loss of access to any paid content without a refund. Your valid email must remain capable of receiving all communications required for program and content access. Any restriction in the ability to receive email communication (including but not limited to: Unsubscribed, Blocklisted – others, Blocklisted – spam complaint, GDPR, do not contact, soft bounce, and hard bounce) from The Program Administrator and affiliates will revoke your access to the programs and services without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the program contains proprietary information that is owned by Leandra Witchwood and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You will not use the program in a manner that constitutes an infringement of Leandra Witchwood’s rights or that has not been authorized by Leandra Witchwood.

The use of the Leandra Witchwood's Program, except as permitted herein, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Leandra Witchwood and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for infringement on the Leandra Witchwood's intellectual property rights.

The Leandra Witchwood grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the program for your own personal and non-commercial use.

Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, sell, distribute, duplicate, lease, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or in any way exploit any of the program in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means). You shall not remove any copyright notice, trademark, or author designation from any part of the program.

FEEDBACK

You agree that Leandra Witchwood has the right to use your feedback, whether in the form of emails, surveys, comments, reviews, discussions in Program-related exchanges, forums, group calls, or otherwise, for marketing or promoting the program.

PARTICIPANT’S CONDUCT

You agree to conduct yourself in a dignified and professional manner. You will not engage in any activity that is detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of the program and other Program participants.

You acknowledge and agree that Leandra Witchwood reserves the right to remove you from the program, without reimbursement or liability, if Leandra Witchwood, in its sole discretion, determines that your behavior creates a disruption or hinders the program or the enjoyment of the program by other participants.

RELEASE

You agree that Leandra Witchwood, The Rebel Mystic Community, and The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC may use at the program’s sole discretion, any images, audio recordings, or video recordings, and all obtained content posted while enrolled in the program.

You waive any right to payment, royalties, or any other consideration for using such images, audio recordings, or video recordings. You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears.

Leandra Witchwood and Brandy L. Boswell are hereby held harmless and released and forever discharged from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, and your estates have or may have by reason of this authorization.

CONFIDENTIALITY

You understand that, given the group format of this program, the information provided or shared with Leandra Witchwood or other participants, whether in the form of comments, discussions in program-related forums, group calls, live events, webcasts, or otherwise, is not confidential.

LAWFUL PURPOSES

To access or use the program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms of Service. You may use the program only for private, lawful, and legitimate purposes. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you.

You shall not post or transmit through the program any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse Program access to any person or entity without being required to assign a reason. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the program, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the program without a refund if you violate these Terms of Service.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Information provided about or in the program is subject to change. Leandra Witchwood makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source, is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Leandra Witchwood disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the program.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

You agree that Leandra Witchwood is acting as an independent contractor and that no partnership or joint venture is created between us.

DISCLAIMER

Leandra Witchwood and The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC give no warranties with respect to any aspect of the program or any materials related thereto or offered in connection with the program and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The content of the program is for informational and entertainment purposes only. By purchasing participation in this program, you accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results of your involvement and that Leandra Witchwood offers no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your results of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that under no circumstances will Leandra Witchwood be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to these terms of service or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or another form of action) and irrespective of whether Leandra Witchwood has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In no event will Leandra Witchwood’s liability exceed the price you actually paid to Leandra Witchwood for the program.  

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statement publicly or privately regarding Leandra Witchwood, their employees, or agents. Leandra Witchwood shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements in public or private regarding you and your relationship with them.

INDEMNIFICATION

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms of Service, or any use by you of the program.

You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third-party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

The laws of Pennsylvania shall govern the Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from it must be handled exclusively in York County.

RECOVERY OF LITIGATION EXPENSES

If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of the Terms of Service, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of the Terms of Service, the prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute is not resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the Parties to this Agreement, every controversy or dispute under this Agreement will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand and shall take place in York, PA, USA. The Parties shall cooperate to exchange and expedite discovery as part of the arbitration process. They shall cooperate to ensure that the arbitration process is completed within the ninety (90) day period. The written decision of the arbitrators (which will provide for the payment of costs, including attorneys’ fees) will be absolutely binding and conclusive and not subject to judicial review. It may be entered and enforced in any court of proper jurisdiction, either as a judgment of law or decree in equity, as circumstances may indicate.

GENERAL INFORMATION & UNDERSTANDINGS

Leandra Witchwood warrants that it has the right to provide the program and will use all reasonable skill and care in making it available to you and in ensuring its continued availability. Leandra Witchwood is continually seeking to improve the program. Leandra Witchwood reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of this program provided that it does not materially reduce its content or functionality. Leandra Witchwood also reserves the right to take this program offline at any time.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER

The Terms of Service constitute the entire Agreement between you and Leandra Witchwood about the program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us.

No waiver of any of the provisions of the Terms of Service by Leandra Witchwood shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Leandra Witchwood and The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC.  

CHANGED TERMS

This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by Leandra Witchwood and Participant.

EFFECT OF FORMAT

The subject headings and emphases of the paragraphs of the Terms of Service are included for convenience only. They shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions.

SEVERABILITY

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of the Terms of Service is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect. They shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

ASSIGNMENT

Nothing in these Terms of Service, express or implied, will confer upon any person or entity not a party to these Terms of Service, or the legal representatives of such person or entity, any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities of any nature or kind whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms of Service, except as expressly provided herein.

Personal Coaching, Mentoring, and Private Sessions Outside of Class

I offer personal attention to all my students to ensure they feel confident and clear about their education and the course content. With the purchase programs, you are granted 1 free 30-minute individual session with the course instructor, Leandra Witchwood, aka The Program Administrator.

Personal coaching sessions with Leandra Witchwood: Once the 30-minute (outside of class time) is exhausted, you, the student, may be charged an additional $250 per hour for personal instruction, personal coaching, mentoring, and private sessions/instruction.

Hourly pricing may vary for other instructors and program facilitators.

Individual instruction and time with The Program Facilitator and/or instructor outside of the regularly scheduled class will be scheduled based on the availability of The Program Administrator/course instructor and the student. These additional sessions can be conducted via phone, email, virtual meeting room, and/or other similar video chats. All personal and private instruction, mentorship, and/or coaching must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.

The Program Administrator/course instructor will maintain an accurate log of time spent with the student outside of class, notify the student of the remaining time, and spend time at the end of the private session(s). Participants are expected to arrive on time for the agreed-upon appointment with the Program Administrator/course instructor. If the participant is more than 5 minutes late, this session may be canceled and may not be rescheduled.

Student Code of Conduct

Students are required to maintain a high standard of conduct in all correspondence. We have a “Zero Tolerance” for “flaming” (inappropriate language), bashing, sexual harassment, and other forms of misconduct. Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from any ongoing course and exclusion from future classes. All exchanges (verbal or otherwise) with other students, the Program Administrator, the course instructor, and administrative staff must be professional and polite.

Student Ethics Policy

Our goal is to educate, enrich, and support our students’ spiritual and religious practices. Students working on this website’s courses are expected to submit their work and conduct their own research. At the same time, we encourage students to work together to support one another in learning.

Part of the educational and enrichment experience is making friends and building your network of supporters. Joining the Coven is an opportunity to build your tribe! We expect that our students’ intentions, integrity, and moral character are impeccable.

Withdrawals, Refunds, and Credits

No refunds will be given for live or virtual classes conducted by Leandra Witchwood (leadrawitchwood.com) and/or The Program Administrator after completing the first module.

If you cannot attend or complete your class and modules within the time allotted, you may be given credit and scheduled for the next available class equal to the class purchased.

At no time will credit or refunds be given for any self-study or on-demand online course. Class credits will only be offered in live classes at the sole discretion of the program facilitators, managers, instructors, and affiliates.

Course Extensions

In cases where unforeseen events prevent a student from completing a course within the prescribed period, we may extend the student’s enrollment to a future class or class session, allowing the student to complete the class as initially intended.

The student must send the class instructor or program director a request for an extension at [email protected] before the class program is scheduled to end. The Program Administrator will contact the student to arrange the extension if they are eligible. Extensions will not be granted after the course or class session end date.

Eligibility will be determined by the student’s participation/attendance record and the number of previous extensions provided.

Student Expectations

Students are required to check their email inboxes and spam folders for course content and communication. To ensure emails from The Program Administrator are not missed, the following emails must be placed into the student’s address/contact list:

Students should check their email often for necessary class materials, notices, and communications.

Students are also expected to regularly log in to their course dashboard on LeandraWitchwood.com to check for course updates, messages, materials, and other related resources.

Students and attendees are expected to adhere to the suggested guidelines for progression through the course. If this cannot be achieved, the student must notify the Program Administrator or instructor immediately. Should the student require a different timetable due to individual circumstances (in contrast to the current program flow), they must notify the instructor immediately. If the mentor cannot accommodate the student, we may provide you with an extension that will better accommodate your needs.

Student Documents

Students are required to keep copies of all homework submitted to the Instructor/Program Administrator.

The student will be required to have and maintain adequate technology to participate in and obtain each online class session, recording, and materials. The Program and its administrators cannot be held responsible for any missed class time caused by poor internet connection or technical difficulties. However, the Program Administrator will offer an extension for any student who misses a significant portion of any class session due to technical problems.

Retention of Student Content and Account

We cannot be responsible for retaining the student's submitted work. Students should keep backup copies of all work, materials, and links to classes purchased and presented during a course. The student is responsible for inquiring if they have not received notice of successful completion of the course within one week of the end of the course session. We cannot retain student records and activity in an online course after a course session unless advance arrangements have been made.

Course Scholarship Program

This scholarship program is designed to award qualified applicants full or partial scholarships based on factors such as level of interest, income, and compliance with this website’s policies.

Scholarships are awarded to at least 1 potential student each month. Scholarship award recipients will be provided with a coupon code valid for one course on the LeandraWitchwood.com site.

Scholarship awards may be full or partial at the sole discretion of Leandra Witchwood.

Students will be notified via email if chosen as scholarship recipients. Recipients have 72 hours to respond to the award email. Failure to respond with interest within the allotted amount of time will void the award, and it will be granted to another potential student.

Once a response is received and the scholarship is accepted, scholarship recipients must:

The Program Administrator & Course Instructor’s Expectations

Provide a personal introduction at the beginning of the course.

Provide personal attention on an individual basis as scheduled.

Reply to questions, offer feedback on activities, and provide guidance when needed.

Notify students if they will be away or temporarily unable to comply with the above.

The Program Administrator/instructor is here to help you and guide you. The Program Administrator cannot do the work for you or give you all the answers. There will be a time when you must seek the answers on your own to accurately and fully understand the path.
