Week One — October 8 · The Calling, Dark Moon threshold

In Week One, we open the container and meet your archetype directly. You will receive your personalized Biz Witch Archetype result before the program begins.

We bust the conformity myth: the lie that there is a universal formula for a sustainable small business, that the model you have been handed is the only model, that the witch who tries to run her business like a Hustle Bro is doing it right.

Week Two — October 15 · Energy Infusion, The Waxing Moon

Your WHY is not a tagline. It is the thing underneath the thing.

Week Two goes to the root of why you started this business and why that matters more than any strategy you have ever been sold. We build your ideal client from energy, wound, and transformation — not demographics. We bust the niche myth: the lie that you must pick one thing and talk about only that thing forever.

Ritual: The Door Opener Spell. Name what is standing at the entrance of your business. Move it. The door opens.

Week Three — October 22 · Vision, Waxing Gibbous to Full Moon

A visible business and a profitable business are not the same equation.

Week Three anchors your actual business vision — not what your business looks like from the outside, but what it feels like on a Tuesday from the inside. We work through pricing from your archetype: not from your worst day, not from what you think the market will bear, but from the full weight of the transformation you deliver.

Week Four — October 29 · The Hex, Waning Gibbous

Shadow work is the most powerful business strategy you will ever use.

Week Four goes deepest. We name the five business shadows — the money wound, the visibility fear, the imposter pattern, the people-pleaser and undercharger, the wrong-fitting model — and we release them through ritual. This is the session participants write to me about months later.

Leandra Witchwood is a Modern Witch, Priestess, Master Herbalist, Celtic and Usui Reiki Master, and Shadow Work Master with more than twenty years of business experience.

Over those twenty years, she has built and run an energy healing and spiritual coaching practice, shadow work and NLP coaching containers, owned a brick-and-mortar storefront, built The Witchwood Teahouse, LLC, and the Rebel Mystic Coven and Academy. She is the founder & host of The Magick Kitchen, a top 20 witchcraft podcast, and the author of five books on witchcraft and shadow work.

She has learned what burns out a spiritually led entrepreneur. She has tripped and fallen and rebuilt herself and her businesses several times. Is this really LIVE?

Yes. Beginning October 8th at 7:00 PM EDT, we will meet online for a live lesson and business witch experience. Replays are made available in the Coven portal within 48 hours.

What if I am new to my business?

Then this is exactly where to begin. The container works at every stage of the business journey. The archetype work is not level-dependent.

What if I have been in business for years?

This four-week experience is for all business witches. We gather to infuse our businesses with magick, create lasting connections, and for support. This experience is about moving out of patriarchal business mindsets and getting the support you need while offering support to other business witches around you. This is how we change the system that dims our light and tells us the hustle is the only way to do business.

What do I need before the program starts?

Most programs for spiritual entrepreneurs are either conventional business training with spiritual vocabulary added, or spiritual development experiences that never quite bridge into practical, paid work.
