I have been practicing protection magick for longer than I care to calculate. And I spent an embarrassingly long stretch of that time doing exactly what I described at the top of this page — performing protection that was technically sound yet energetically ineffective.

I am a Master Herbalist, a Celtic and Usui Reiki Master, and a Shadow Work practitioner with decades of work in both my own practice and in the practices of the women I have worked with. I am the founder of the Rebel Mystic Coven and Academy, the founder and host of The Magick Kitchen podcast, and the author of five books on witchcraft, shadow work, and the Divine Feminine.

But more relevant than any of that: I have done the inside-out work. I have met the shadow of the protector who forgot herself. I have cut the cord to the validation loop. I have let the Warrior's fire do what it does. And I have stood at the threshold and released what held me back.

This program is the distillation of that work, mapped onto the plants and the goddesses who guided me through it.
